Making Cubiture look as good as its work.

A proposal for Rumscheidt to handle the big things: Website, Newsletter, Stories, and your new ideas.

How it started

We first reached out about your website because we saw things that needed to be modernized. The timing and the budget weren't right, so we agreed to start smaller with Schway, our email marketing service.

That turned out to be the right first move.

Good communication

Throughout all of it, you stayed in constant contact. You sent us things you liked, thought out loud, and told us what was on your mind. That's rare, and it made the work better.

June was the big one, while we set up the first newsletter. September counts through the 16th.

The newsletter

We built the framework for a new newsletter and started sending it. It's on its third edition now.

We did something you hadn't done in a long time: we got in front of your customers. The results were strong. A lot of opens, from people who hadn't heard from you in years.

Schway hasn't been the right fit

The newsletter runs on Schway, our content service. Schway starts with the owner sending us stories. You're busy selling and running projects, and that's where your time should go. So we've been finding the stories ourselves.

How Schway is built
  1. Step 1You send us a story
  2. Step 2We create it
  3. Step 3We publish it
How it's actually gone
  1. Step 1We find the stories
  2. Step 2We create them
  3. Step 3We publish them

That's more than Schway was built to do. You don't need a service waiting on you. You need a partner who keeps things moving.

Conversions

While we were setting up the emails, we started experimenting with what happens after someone clicks. How does a person who sees something they want in an email turn into a sale?

Our first two newsletters sent every “get a quote” button to the quote page on your website. This is what that page shows today:

Before
cubiture.com/get-a-quote
The cubiture.com quote page, where a line of code appears in place of the contact form
The contact form never loads. Visitors see a line of code where it should be, so there's nothing to fill out.

So for August we built small pages of our own. One for each product, with the form right there, and a way to see exactly which button someone clicked.

After
  1. A Full-Height Workstation card in the August newsletter with an Ask about this station button
The emailA reader sees a workstation and taps “Ask about this station.”
  2. The Full-Height Workstation landing page, with the photo, price, and a request form
The pageThey land on that exact product, with the price and the details.
  3. The request form: name, email, phone, and an Ask About This Station button
The requestThree fields and one button. No hunting for a phone number.

We're still in the middle of that experiment. But along the way we learned something simple: the best thing you can do is stay on everyone's mind by communicating constantly.

Marketing Jerry

Jerry Mogyorody
The Famous Jerry M.

Recently we had an idea. We'd interview some of your customers and ask what it was like to work with you.

We found out that they really love Jerry. Both of them talked about the same things: the service you provide, how you solve problems, and how fast you move. That's your brand. It just isn't written down anywhere yet.

New ideas

Along the way you came up with new ideas, some of which could change the direction of how you offer your services. You like to move quickly and follow the momentum you see. The biggest one landed this month.

And the rest of the list

Pulled from your emails since April. Each one is a real direction, and each one needs a page, a price, and a place in the newsletter.

Your idea · May

A Cubiture catalog

Your best sellers in one browsable Cubiture catalog, so people can pick something out before they ever call.

From a client · May

We install what you bought online

Roessler buys cubicles online and pays you to put them together. That's a service with its own page and price.

Your idea · May

Chair repair, front and center

You already show up on Google for “office chair repair Houston.” Give it its own page and its own place in the emails.

Your idea · July

The $199 chair

An everyday task chair at a price that opens the door. You already found it: the NEXT chair.

Your idea · April

Greener cubicles

Clean Impact fabrics are biodegradable and not subject to tariffs. That gives eco-minded companies a reason to call you.

Spotted at Lindsey’s · April

Decommissioning and haul-away

Companies pay to clear out surplus cubicles. You already tear down and move them. It just isn't on the menu yet.

Right now you don't have the infrastructure to do any of that. Every new idea costs money and months, because everything has to be built from scratch.

The solution

Actual intelligence, not artificial.

AI tools

You and Eva already use AI to make the ideas in your head real and give them polish. It's a good instinct, but those tools only go so far on their own.

An actual partner

Someone to put the pieces together, keep your marketing running, and handle the details that shape how customers see you.

So here is something very simple.

Rumscheidt

We want to be your marketing partners. We'll own the foundations, and handle the detail work that keeps the momentum going.

What it costs

Getting started costs less than we projected in April. And instead of a one-time project, you get a partner who keeps things moving.

This plan
$4,500

In April, the first payment alone was $9,000, and it only started the website. Now half that starts everything: the website, the brand, and the emails.

Months 1 to 4 · Build $4,500/month

We do the heavy lifting: the website, the brand, and the photos, while the newsletter keeps going.

Month 5 on · Run $3,400/month

We keep it all running, and launch one new thing each month: a page, a product, or an idea.

  • Website updates and new pages
  • Brand and photography
  • Stories, interviews, and graphics

The heavy lifting

In the first few months we do the serious work, and then we keep at it. Here’s what you won’t have to think about anymore, because someone is looking out for it.

Website

Your main marketing platform, modern and always improving.

We take care of
  • A modern, streamlined site that replaces what’s there today
  • More of your products online, with the details people search for
  • A site that looks as professional as your service
  • A blog and pages kept fresh as new work comes in
  • Updates and care every month, so it stays current

Newsletter

The newsletter goes out every month, without you.

We take care of
  • Writing, designing, and sending every issue
  • Keeping your list clean and helping it grow
  • Sending readers to your website and your phone
  • Learning what gets people to reach out, and doing more of it

Stories

Something worth sharing, every month.

We take care of
  • New stories from your projects
  • Customer interviews and testimonials
  • Graphics and photos that make them look their best
  • Using each story in the newsletter and on the website

Brand

One clear story, told the same way everywhere.

We take care of
  • Professional, consistent messaging
  • A consistent look: logo, colors, and photos
  • A Cubiture story any customer can follow
  • The standards behind every email, page, and post

Your new ideas

Every idea gets a place to land, starting with outdoor kitchens.

We take care of
  • One new idea launched each month, without building a new website
  • A spot for it in the newsletter
  • Getting it out of your inbox and in front of customers

Terms

Month to month. No long-term contract.

Need to pause?

Drop to $600 a month for up to four months. The site and newsletter keep running. Pause during the build, and we pick up where we left off.

Need to stop?

Give us 30 days’ notice. Anything unfinished is handed over as it stands.

You keep everything

Everything we make is yours once it’s paid for.

Included
  • Hosting, security, and updates for the new site
  • Photography for the website
  • Writing, design, and sending of every newsletter
  • A monthly check-in
Not included
  • Ad spend
  • Your Constant Contact account and other software you pay for
  • Domain renewals
  • Printing and mailers

We can’t promise rankings or leads. We can promise the work gets done, every month.

How we work together

We'll sit down once a month to review what's happened and decide what's next. Twenty minutes is usually enough.
When you have a new idea or see something from a competitor, you'll do what you always do: send us the link. We'll find the best way to make it yours.
When you want to focus on something new, we'll put it on the front of the website and at the top of the emails so your customers see what you have in mind. Outdoor kitchens included.
What we need from you in the first month is small. Let us ride along on one site visit so we can see how you actually sell. Give us half a day for the photo shoot. And three short phone calls, so nothing waits on email.

Thank you.

Jerry, thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you. We hope we can help you continue to make it happen!

Next step

Just reply to our email and we will send you an agreement to sign.
